Movies for Concert 

Although many feature films have music scores tailor-made for them by distinguished composers in the medium, many blockbusters have also called on pieces from the classical repertoire to provide the supporting ambience.

Our program is combined with the original movie soundtract themes and the classical repertoires used in movies.

Admission is free, with guessed donation of $10 per person or $20 per a family.

"Phos (φῶς) " means radiance in Greek. Phos Concert Series is a family classical chamber music concert. It was created to raise money to help support various non-profit organizations serving children in developing countries in 2014 by cellist, Sarah Hong. All the benefit will go to The Kilgoris Project, Back-to-school Campaign.

 

The Kilgoris Project educates and cares for school-aged children in rural Kenya, Africa, partnering with the community to build rising futures.(www.kilgoris.org)
